St. Matthias' Church is an indoor revive point, so just stand back up and someone will stick you.
Also, try to find a Very Strongly Barricaded building to sleep in -- St. Matt's is dangerous, since zeds waiting for revives will attack you for XP. There are some deceased Wraiths in the area -- I'll see about having them keep an eye on you and make sure you don't get killed in the Church again.

I see someone either bonked you good or revived you, Splatter. Let us know here when you get back up, and we'll heal you.

Try to get Free Running as soon as possible, it is one of the most important skills you'd need as a survivor, since it allows you to move from building to building without going outside.
Which means you can get into buildings that are Heavily Barricaded and above (that's HB, VHB and EHB; currently you can only walk into buildings that are caded up to Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB))
Just to be clear, you can only 'jump' from one building to another if they are adjacent to each other; no jumping if there's a park, wasteland, road or carpark in between.

Well, it all depends on what you want to do... there are several different types of Wraith operative, each with their own priorities in terms of which skills to buy.
For field ops (basic zombie hunter stuff), you'll want the Firearms skills, Hand To Hand Combat and the melee weapon skill of your choice (axe or knife, whatever you use), Shopping/Bargain Hunting to make ammo restocking faster and easier, and Headshot to keep zeds down longer. Since you'll die more in this role, you'll want to get Lurching Gait and Ankle Grab for efficiency purposes as well.
For medical ops (healing/reviving), you're going to want Necrotech skills, First Aid, Diagnosis, and Shopping/Bargain Hunting for the buttload of FAKs you can get from mall drug stores. Scent Blood and Scent Death are handy zed skills to have for medics.
For communications ops (graffiti/radio/Wiki maintenance) you're going to want Tagging, Radio Operation, Shopping/Bargain Hunting (radio transmitters are only available in malls) and probably the Necrotech skills so you can monitor zed activity using Necronet Access and then report your findings. I'm hoping we'll have a communications specialist ambitious enough to want to work on translating zombie speech... if this is you, buy Death Rattle and dick around with it so you can post the results here.
For black ops (hunting PKers instead of zeds), the skill set is the same as for field ops, only replace Headshot with Body Building. You'll also want to get Infectious Bite as soon as possible so you can hurt PKers even more in zed form.
For mechanics (barricade maintenance, powering buildings, dumping bodies) you'll want Hand To Hand Combat, Axe Proficiency, Construction, Tagging and Shopping/Bargain Hunting. Memories of Life, Vigour Mortis/Death Grip and Ransack are good zed skills for mechanics to have... that way, they can close opened buildings, tear down barricades on buildings that don't need them (like indoor revive points), and make sure those buildings stay unbarricaded by Ransacking them, allowing them to still do parts of their job even while in zed form (and get XP for it, which they can't do in human form).
For undercover ops, you'll want to pursue zombie skills, although Body Building obviously comes in handy for any zed, good or evil, so you'll want that as well. Good skills for Wraith undercover operatives are Vigour Mortis, Memories of Life, Flailing Gesture, Feeding Groan, Scent Fear, Scent Blood, Scent Death and Lurching Gait/Ankle Grab.

Depending on what you started as, actually. You get XP by killing zeds or survivors. If you're attacking someone who is the same type as you are, you only get 1/2 XP for each hit. (If you axe him for 3 damage, you only deal 1, they round it down) If you're a civilian (i.e. fireman, policeman, consumer) all your skills cost 100 XP each. If you're a military (i.e. scout, soldier, medic) all military skills cost 75 XP each, all science skills 150XP, and civilian skills 100XP If you're a scientist (necrotech tech or doc) all science skills cost 75, military 150, civilian 100. To level up, just choose buy skills when you have enough XP. Also, zombie and survivors have different skill sets. Btw, you can get all this from wiki.urbandead.com

Yeah, what he said... you get 1 XP for each point of damage you deal (or 1/2 for PKing/ZKing) and 10 XP for each kill.
Also, there are different ways to earn XP besides killing... you get 5 XP each time you heal someone (even a zed), 1 XP for each body you dump, 1 XP for each time you repair damage to a ransacked building, and 1 XP in zed form for each section of barricade you tear down, each generator or radio transmitter you destroy, and each time you ransack a building.
If you have the Necrotech skills, you can also get 5 XP for each DNA sample you extract and 10 XP for each zed you revive.

Try to find entry points on the map, they are usually labeled as such, that way you won't get locked out, most of the time. They are usually generic buildings near strategic buildings (Hos, FD, PD, NT).
